Privacy Policy for ICC Applicants
Pursuant to Section 15 para. 11 of the Austrian Federal Act on Maritime Navigation (Seeschifffahrtsgesetz – SeeSchFG; Federal Law Gazette 46/2012), we, via donau – Austrian Waterways Company GmbH (hereinafter “viadonau”), are responsible for issuing International Certificates (IC) for the operation of yachts at sea.
To fulfill this legal obligation, we process the personal data of applicants for these ICs. Personal data refers to any information relating to identified or identifiable individuals, such as name, contact information, date of birth, and photos.
