A) Duplicates of "old" ICC
Duplicates of ICC issued up until 31.12.2011 must be requested from the association that certified it (MSVÖ or OeSV). viadonau will further process the application. The fee of € 118.30 is levied by the testing organisation.
B) Duplicates of ICC since 2012 (lost)
If an ICC that was issued by viadonau has been lost, the following documents must be submitted to the testing organisation or in person to viadonau:
- Application form: completed and signed with passport photograph attached (recommended: not older than six months, with name written on the back)
- Copy of Austrian police report confirming loss or theft
- Confirmation of payment of the sum of € 118.30
- For details, methods of payment, opening times etc., please consult your examination organisation!
C) issuing of new ICC due to change of personal details
A new ICC may be requested for changes to personal details (e.g., change of name or address). The following documents must be submitted either to the testing organisation or in person to viadonau:
If you apply for your international certificate in person at viadonau please transfer the amount of € 118.30 to the following account and note the purpose of payment as "IC" with your name.
- Application form: completed and signed with passport photograph attached (recommended: not older than six months, with name written on the back)
- Documentation confirming change to personal details (e.g. marriage certificate, certificate of residence, ...)
- Original ICC (this will be destroyed by viadonau)
- Confirmation of payment of the sum of € 118.30
Please transfer the amount of € 118.30 to the following account and note the purpose of payment as "ICC" and your name.
