By this we mean the elimination of barriers that employees experience based on gender, ethnicity, religion or belief, age, sexual orientation or a disability. In order to create equal opportunities for all employees, we already offer individual support or install company-wide tools such as maternity leave management or our code of conduct.
Based on the Federal Equal Treatment Act (Federal Law Gazette No. 100/1993), the BMVIT (BMK since 2020) has drawn up a plan to promote women, which also applies to viadonau. This is implemented, among other things, through targeted personnel recruiting, flexible working time models and corresponding further training opportunities.
