The provision of logistics information for the shipping sector and (potential) customers of the shipping industry includes the following areas:

  • maintenance and operation of the Online Services,
  • creation of various cartographical materials and
  • the transmission of up-to-date information about Danube logistics in the course of the “Danube News” on the viadonau website.

This ongoing activity is directly connected with the activity Customer Service - Logistics Advice and complements the information for skippers provided on the DoRIS website.

The activity makes a substantial contribution to the implementation of measure 15. Provide target group-oriented information and expertise of the Action Programme for the Danube 2022.
