If you submit your application for an ICC to an examinationorganisation, this amount will be paid directly to the said organisation. All fees and federal administration fees are transitory items in accordance with UStG § 4 para. 3. The fee is set by the Federal Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology in accordance with § 15 para. 13 Maritime Code.
